|Recommended: YesNew complex, some problems — I've lived here about 6 months and for the most part am happy. I do wish the gym and clubhouse were available for use outside of office hours so we would be able to access them when convenient for us. Office staff is pleasant and helpful, grounds could cleaner but there is still construction, move in move outs happening a lot. One of the bigger problems I've noticed is the main doors being propt opened all the time, defeating the purpose of having key access to the building. We are also not able to remotely open the main doors for deliveries, guests, etc.

Our fitness center will be open to our residents after hours by 2.28.23. We have posted notices regarding the propping of the doors at all entrances of the buildings in hopes that this matter will desist moving forward. If you have not already done so, please contact the office or come in during business hours so we may issue your 4 digit pin for the entry access of the building.

|Recommended: YesGreat for beginners — This is a place for those who are journeying alone from your parents.
It’s a great place, although some apts are built weird… and you’ll virtually be able to hear your neighbors because the walls are thin.
|Recommended: YesSome things are changing — The resident is beautiful, the noise is getting better as far as the animals is concerned, the night travel in the building, is loaded, the parking is less not having enough parking places in the parking area lately.
|Recommended: Yes5 Star Rating’s — The review for the most is good, but the parking is becoming scares, the noise is ridiculous after hours in the hallway of the building’s. The residents doesn’t have any courtesy for the tenants that’s already in their apartment’s in bed, and the animal lovers that have dogs, the dog barking in the building is intolerable, I don’t feel that people, that doesn’t have animals should have to put up with the noise.

|Recommended: YesOne of the Best New Construction — I moved here 1 month ago today and haven’t had any issues. It’s peaceful and quiet. Staff were amazing during my application process. Blessed to be a resident at this property. I look forward to coming home every day 😀

|Recommended: YesFirst month — I love living here. The process was a bit overwelming but definitely worth the wait. Only downfall is just we can’t use any of the amenities unless the staff is there and so much construction 🚧 and noises
